Is the venue completely private?
Yes. Your reservation is for your invited group, with one private booking at a time.
How many guests can attend?
Cypress River Oasis can host groups of up to 50 guests, with pricing based on total attendance.
How old do I have to be to book?
The person making and signing the reservation must be at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license matching the booking customer is required for age and identity verification unless Cypress River Oasis approves otherwise. See the Booking & Payment Policy.
Can we bring food and decorations?
Yes. Food, cakes and appropriate decorations are welcome when they follow the venue guidelines.
What are the booking hours?
Direct reservations may begin at 10:00 AM and can end as late as 10:30 PM, subject to live availability.
Can we play music?
Yes. Music may remain on through the reserved end time, but it must comply with applicable Harris County requirements, Texas law and other applicable local noise rules. Cypress River Oasis may require the volume to be reduced or stopped if needed to prevent a disturbance, respond to a complaint or comply with law. DJs, PA systems, subwoofers and high-powered external speaker systems are not permitted. See Hours & Noise.
Are alcohol and smoking allowed?
Alcohol possession and consumption are limited to guests age 21 and older; underage drinking is prohibited. Guests under 21 may not smoke, vape, or use tobacco or nicotine products anywhere on the property. Guests age 21 and older may smoke or vape only in the designated smoking area. How do I see pricing and available times?
Use Check Availability to choose your date, group size and preferred time in the direct booking platform.
What happens if rain or severe weather is forecast?
A normal rain forecast does not automatically cancel a reservation. Qualifying severe-weather circumstances may receive one reschedule. See the Weather / Rain Policy for the complete terms.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations within 7 calendar days of the original booking date are eligible for a full refund only when made more than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation start time. After the 7-day grace period, 20% of the total reservation price is deducted from the refund. All cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation start time are non-refundable regardless of when the reservation was booked. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
